Final specs, FAQs and more are up on the CMS PQRI page.  The initial reporting period runs from dates of service July 1-December 31, 2007.  (See other background here and here.)

Open question: Will the tiny bump available to most physicians (up to 1.5% of Medicare FFS payments) cover the administrative costs, let alone increased practice costs?
