I am working with The Bard Group to assist physician groups and hospitals in designing programs and preparing applications under the CMS RFP for gainsharing demonstration projects (the Physician Hospital Collaboration Demonstration, or PHCD).  See my earlier post on the subject, and the Bard Group notice as well.
